The room was clean (actually smelled like bleach when we walked in, if you like that smell then it's a good thing), a little old and the bed did make lots of noise when you moved. The sheets and towels were not the best quality. Other than that, the room itself was fair. I would suggest making check-in a little easier. Felt like I received 3 emails from 3 different companies all with lots of information. And check-in was a little confusing. We thought we had to check in at the Welcome Center when all we had to do was go straight to the room. Just got a little confusing, plus it said downloading the app would make it easier when it really didn't. We should've just stuck to the emails in the order that they were sent. We've learned and next time it will be better.
