Surrounded by lush, grassy landscaping and shady pines, Fairways 259 offers peace and privacy. Imagine starting each morning of your getaway on a private back deck overlooking the golf greens and the bay and lake. After an afternoon nap in the hammock, light the grill and celebrate life with family and friends with a BBQ. The home’s inside spaces are equally inviting and ideal for socializing and relaxing, including a flat screen TV and DVD player. The picture windows that lead from the deck into the main living space invite plenty of light into the room. Vaulted ceilings and a mirrored wall give the space a majestic, open ambiance. When it’s time to dine, you’ll find six seats at the dining table and three seats at the counter bar. The full kitchen is well appointed with warm grey cabinetry- it’s a great space for preparing meals. The updated stackable laundry unit is hidden in a closet in the kitchen area. There’s also a guest bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. The bedroom has two twin beds. The plush sofa also pulls into a sleeper bed allowing for everyone to spread out. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a lovely king bed and en suite master bathroom. The bathroom has a granite double vanity and privacy tub and shower. The final guest room has a queen bed and full bathroom. You’ll derive just as much pleasure from the outdoor accommodations. Easy access to beach (directly across from main gate entrance) and nearby to stores and restaurants. Has a good amount of kitchenware, towels and necessary clening items. Also has decent beach items for use.This property backs up to the golf corse, so you will see folks playing from the open deck. You get a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. The screen door is a bit sticky so you have to be careful when opening and closing it. We had a nice quiet stay here and would consider staying again. ##### Brenda B. Plenty of parking (2 spots). Updated, comfortable furniture. Beautiful view! Loved the deck! Updated interior. Loved the quiet, secluded area. Just about at the end of the Blue Tram line, so nice and quiet. Had a minor issue with no cushions for the dining chairs (metal chairs that couldn't be used without cushions) and the property manager was very responsive and sent extra blankets for us to use. I believe they even ordered new cushions, but just didn't arrive in time for us, but the blankets worked just fine. Cons: Unfortunately, I used the reviews from previous renters to help me guide my choice to stay here and that led me to believe that there was access to the pool that you could see across the green. The pool for this property IS NOT within walking distance and the tram DOES NOT stop at the community pool that is assigned to this property and it takes TWO trams to get back to the condo. This was a BIG negative for us because it took so much work to actually get to the pool. The kitchen was missing a few essential items such as a colander and a baking sheet, but after contacting the property manager about the missing dining cushions, I didn't want to go through that again. But I brought my mother and brother so we all wanted to stay together. Location was very nice very clean nicely furnished. Wife was extremely happy so that’s always a plus. Had to share parking and there was not room for four cars unless 2 wheels off the pavement.. When we arrived, had to call about 1) TV in living room did not have connection to channels (only snow on the screen), 2) refrigerator door did not close normally, 3) patio screen door required effort to open (did not slide easily), 4) concerned about damage to kitchen sink.. Maintenance personnel arrived in reasonable time and fixed refrigerator and TV COX box. They told us damage had been there many years. We just adapted to the patio screen door. taking 2 hands. Outside light provides very little light on combination lock on door. Seems strange that it is so far away. Hard to read house number from the street. Sometimes there was a golf cart in the drive, but not always, so drove past the house a few times because I couldn't read the house number. Surprised that condiments such as salt and pepper not provided. Rubbish policy not obvious. Found out about just placing garbage bag on the lawn from a neighbor. Long way to Rt 98. ##### rich m. He evidently has made a home behind the baseboard in that area. Also had several dead bugs laying around. Most of all the dryer needs to be updated. Everything we tried to dry took two or three cycles to get the job done. Otherwise we had no complaints. ##### Christine H. We stayed with our in laws several years ago and loved it then too! Very spacious, clean and wonderful views! Will book again next year! All of the bedrooms are big! Only suggestion would be is if a golf cart was added to the unit to drive to beach and around the area. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back next year! It was confusing getting checked in-it took 2 days to get the door code figured out. It would have been nice if there had been a few more necessity’s on hand to make the stay a little easier (salt/pepper, more dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, trash bags...) More details could have been given up front like the WiFi info and that the trash gets picked up each morning. This info may have been included on the app but unfortunately the app was not working during our stay. Overall we did have a relaxing stay and everyone was very kind! ##### Morgan M. Someone else was parked in their parking. We looked for hours of operations for the pools and found out the pools closed early .
