The location was really good, however a little further from the beach than we thought, pictures make you think that the walk was a lot closer. The surprise of the unit was that was a half bath also, that really enhanced the unit. You should let possible guest know in advance, it could add value when guest are deciding where to stay. One important heads up, the mattress does NOT fit the bed frame, too small. It could be that the frame needs to be adjusted to ensure a comfortable night's rest for your guest. Previous reviews mentioned issues with the wager and dryer, those have been fixed; it’s just loud. I would stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family.
