BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED! END UNIT. Our "COASTAL CLASSIC CONDO" remains the most frequently booked beachfront condominium at Huntington by the Sea due to the personal attention given to each guest. Also, a Beach Setup of 2 chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay! Both bathrooms were completely renovated in January 2024! Walk-in shower for the master and a tub/shower for the guest bathroom. Huntington by the Sea itself is a well-kept secret among vacationers to Destin because the building has only 31 condominiums allowing guests to feel as though they have their own private beach. Other buildings in Miramar Beach can be a bit busy, but no swarms of tourists to contend with here at Huntington by the Sea. No waiting for beach chairs and no traffic noise- just the sound of the waves from your own little piece of paradise. The interior of the condo has been completely repainted, new baseboards placed, and new window shutters installed in 2022\. This is in addition to the major update in December 2018 that included hardwood floors in the bedrooms, new dining room table and chairs, new furnishings, and new bedroom closet doors! This particular condominium is beyond compare among other two bedroom gulf front units in the Destin area. It is professionally decorated with contemporary neutrals and just a splash of accent color. This is your vacation- so shouldn't you walk into your new beach home and feel as though you have everything you need and just a little bit more? There is an open and inviting living space and extended balcony. A large flat screen TV insures you will be able to see all the details of any movie or sporting event in high definition. You can watch over 60 channels in the living room or master suite. Huntington by the Sea 307 is a corner unit offering more windows and views from all angles. There is a chaise and a full dining set on the balcony to accommodate each family member's preference for viewing the Gulf of Mexico. The view was beautiful, big patio, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, comfy beds, great communication with the property manager. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great add on. I would say the only cons are they only supply you with one bath towel person. Unit 307 was everything I expected it to be. I will definitely book this unit again. Well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, condo was nicely furnished. The balcony is perfect for dolphin watching and just relaxing any time of day. I had a question prior to my stay and the owner was quick to answer and very nice. Even though there was construction on the outside of the building, the listed was clear that it was going on and after I booked, the owner called me personally to make sure we were ok with that. The workers started about 8:30 am and about that time we were ready to hit the beach or go out for the day. The weather was very nice but a little windy. ##### Sylvia G. Furniture could use a little updating. You could tell the Place had be taken care of, with good PM.
