Welcome to Surfside! Our spacious 2br/2 bath fully renovated Condo, has a spectacular view of the breathtaking emerald waters and the white sandy beach's of Destin. Our beautiful Condo features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, wicker desk, large walk-in closet and a spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The very large master bathroom includes a washer/dryer with granite counter tops. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the Master, enclosed with decorative French doors, two full/small queen beds, full bath w/tub and flat screen TV. The living area is open to the dining room and features a pullout couch, one comfy chair, a flat screen TV and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors with access to the spacious tiled patio and spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The location is excellent and the resort has many amenities. The owners were very responsive the couple of times we wanted to contact them. ##### Rich B. The onsite restaurant and bar was a great plus. I always like having my own beach chair setup with umbrella and that was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The owners were always available for assistance and questions that arose. I know condo owners pay hefty condo fees and being in a high demand area I feel the building needs upgrades. The adjacent buildings and pool are very nice. ##### Valerie A.
