This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has it all and is perfect for the kids to have their own space. This spacious floor plan has 9-foot tall ceilings with 8-foot tall sliding glass doors for ocean views from both the living room and master suite. This eighteenth floor condo (1808) in Ariel Dunes II, offers one of the prime locations on Miramar Beach and one of the best views in the building. From your large private balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Emerald coast! This condo has a newly remodeled look with tile floors throughout and updated living room furniture, including an upgraded sofabed mattress. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a futon in the guest bedroom as well as another futon in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment. Ariel Dunes 2 is located in the center of the 300 acre Seascape Resort on the beach and without all of the road noise. The rear of the building has spectacular view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay and the front of the building is facing the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Ariel Dunes 2 has 3 large private pools. One of the pools is heated during the off season. Another one is a zero entry pool. Jul 23, 2024 #### Would probably stay here again. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a breeze, the condo was a little dirty (still had coffee in the pot, stuff under chairs, some hair in towels)... The location was great, the view was “as seen in pics” GORGEOUS. Unfortunately we could not utilize our view or balcony, do to people smoking marijuana ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. You could not walk out of your condo for 3 minutes without being struck in the face with the smell. Thought it was super disrespectful being there was small children everywhere. Nobody seemed to care. Other than that, it was great. I do wish they had a broom or vacuum in the room, there was nothing to remove any sand, it was dirty feet all the time. Also the beds need better sheets, or more of them! We froze! No comforters on the beds, literally just a top sheet or a hospital type of blanket.
