It did not look like the unit had been vaccuumed. All trash cans were full, soap from the previous occupants were still in showers, dirty towels thrown in the bath tubs, and dirty glass in sink. The shower head in one of the bath rooms was broken and leaked, and someone had tried to tape it. Pop-up assembly missing from one of the sinks in the master bath and the paper towel holder was falling off the wall in the kitchen. One of the rubber wrist bands for pool admittance missing from the basket on the counter in kitchen with a threatening note that if there are not six bands in the basket when we leave, we would be charged an extra $25.00\. Called Ocean Reef (the management company) immediately and could not reach anyone after holding for 5 minutes, so I left a voice-mail message. Never received a call back, but I did receive a threatening text message the next day reminding me of the $25.00 charge should they not find six rubber wrist bands in the basket.
