This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 18th floor of Ariel Dunes I where you will have spectacular gulf views from your private balcony. A King bed is situated in the master suite with a full bathroom and balcony access.The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a full bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. Also included in the unit is a set of Twin bunk beds for the kids, a full Laundry room, an upscale kitchen, spacious living room, and your own private balcony with gulf views. There is also a Pack-N-Play (linens not included) and booster seat provided for the little ones.  
  
Building amenities – Large zero-entry pool, full gym, and onsite dining.  
  
Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin, Miramar Beach is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!  
  
This area also boasts tons of shopping and dining options. The Silver Sands premium outlet mall is where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Miramar Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options sprinkled throughout the Miramar beach community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joe's) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytowne Wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids along with fireworks all summer long! The Grand Blvd shopping center just outside the gates of Sandestin offers even more upscale dining options, boutique shopping and a brand new movie theater!  
  
Looking to hit the links? You will have your pick of 8 fantastic golf courses in the immediate area including top rated courses like the Raven at Sandestin, Sandestin links, Baytowne at Sandestin, Seascape, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay and Burnt Pine. None of the courses are more than a 5 minute car ride from any point in Miramar Beach!

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Our experience was so smooth and convenient. This is our second stay at Ariel Dunes l and our first in 1802. We are definitely planning another trip soon. No complaints at all! Everything was so conveniently located and the condo was great.

#### Fall break vacation

Loved that there was alot of parking space. Condo view was amazing and it was a nice condo. The condo did need some minor work. Both commodes are loose , fan in guest room made a bad noise if it got above low, their was no TV in the small bunk bed room, and the couch was not comfortable. There were also only two skillet pans. The master bathroom fan was loud. The cleaning was not to bad but the keurig was dirty. The pool was also very, very cold and there was no spa. Thats the reason I gave it a 4 star. Overall still made some good memories.

#### Great stay at Ariel I

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the view from the 18th floor, we were able to see the beach, the clear water it was amazing. My granddaughter also enjoyed the pool and joined us while we grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. The condo was everything the pictures showed and more it was clean. The dishwasher didn't work as great as it left some food residue on the dishes when we used it and we could've used a few more bigger pans to cook with BUT, other than that everything worked great. I would recommend this place and we my also plan on staying for our next visit. Sonia
