AMENITIES GALORE! Welcome to the “lap of luxury” in the iconic tower of Ariel Dunes II. Ariel Dunes II 604 is an elegant condominium rental that has two bedrooms and is comfortably furnished with cheery décor. The main living area is tropically themed with a large comfortable couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa. They all face a flat screen TV for evening entertainment and are adjacent to the sliding glass doors that feature a view of the glistening emerald hued gulf from the furnished balcony. The breath taking views include not only the gorgeous gulf but also some inland lagoons and other luxury towers including the Majestic Sun. A dining table in this open room has four high backed woven straw chairs that sit beneath a globed chandelier. The state of the arts kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as a gleaming mottled granite topped bar with four raised seats. It has everything you need to prepare a fun family feast on those evenings when you decide to dine in. The Master Bedroom has a beautifully decorated king sized bed that sits beside the sliding glass doors that lead out onto the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the beach views. It also has access to its own full private bathroom that includes a garden tub as well as a separate glassed in shower, so there are no excuses for being late getting ready for that special seafood dinner reservation. The location from the unit to the beach was perfect, only about an 5-8 min walk depending on how fast you’re moving! The only “con” .. or maybe just a heads up I can mention is that the water shut off about 4 times due to sensors being wet or running water for more than 2 hours. Which was frustrating with a pre teen and teenage boy staying with us. However the issue was resolved within minutes each time! Stains on dining chairs and living room chair cushions need steam cleaning. Kitchen was okay. Pots and pans were also “tired”. Dinnerware: Only a few plates and bowls. There was white adhesive tape on cabinet doors to cover up wear and tear. We did appreciate the brand new washer and dryer! Enjoyed the large balcony and view. We love Seascape resort. May 29, 2022 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### it was alright the place was in good condition, good area, easy self check in and check out, but the cleanliness was a good 5 out of 10, it was clean but there were things like the sink that were left dirty… the drain was clogged from build up… and metal appliances were not cleaned well… kitchen was stocked everything needed, which is great… couch had a dried up patch of food, floors had some dirt behind furniture, i understand cleaning can’t always be precise but those are stuff we saw… so i took it upon myself to clean it, which i had no issue with but would have liked it to have been better, other than that the only other complain was that the water turned off a couple times while we were there, but a press of a button turned it back on, everything else was alright and would stay again ##### anabelli p. Dining table very wobbly. Two chips in bottom of large tub. Lamps in livng and bedrooms too dim for reading at night. At least two chips in ceramic floor.RECOMMENDATION: place adhesive felt pads under chairlegs to prevent damage to floor and eliminate noise for folks below. ##### Homer V. We walked on the floors for a few minutes and our feet were black from dirt. We also checked into a room with no running water because there was a leak in the master bath that tripped their leak detection system and it wasn’t fixed prior to us checking in. We had to call the after hour support number to get it turned back on, just for it to be cut off again hours later because the same leak tripped the system again which is really inconvenient when you’re mid-shower. If the leak detection system was tripped due to a leak, it should probably be fixed before somebody checks in. ##### Alfred Stayed 3 nights in May 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Brittney H. Sep 8, 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication #### Constantly Issues Throughout - Too Costly for this much aggravation When on vacation, there should be no worries. Upon immediate arrival the washer and dryer were broken and needed replacements (my guest were immediately asking me to get this fixed) - no replacement until the day of check-out - they had no way to wash clothes the entire stay. Then, a bad sensor in the kitchen leaves the tenants with no running water - this happened on two occasions. There was also an issue with the cable going off. Every day, I waited anxiously for them to tell me something else had gone wrong. It was extremely overwhelming. I've never heard of an experience like this (I don't feel this space is being well maintained or prepped for the arrival of renters). ##### Brittney H. Looked back on reviews and for the last 2 months it was known that the dryer did not work. I tried using the dryer prior to this and it was basically falling apart also knobs were missing from the washing machine. We packed with the intentions of washing laundry and was beyond disappointed that this was not fixed nor were planning on fixing it. Also if you want privacy none of the doors lock on bedrooms or bathrooms as well as no curtain in front bedroom where kids slept and people could look directly in the window. We had to hang a sheet. The master bed mattress must have been extremely old as there was no support and there are very minimal dishes to use. No cutting board ##### Jamie H.
