This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gem comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in Augusta Village of the famous Sandestin Resort. You’ll enjoy views of the Links golf course, close proximity to both Baytowne Wharf and our beautiful beaches.   
  
Unit 542 offers a spacious open-floor plan, elegant décor, and high-end fixtures throughout. As you walk into the home, you’ll find a spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white-cabinetry, farmhouse sink, and oversized island with breakfast bar for added seating. This space overlooks the dining area complete with built-in bench seating and added chairs for family and large group meals. There is also an extra sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and great views of the 11th fairway. From this cozy spot, make your way into the living room which features comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and patio access. Hands down one of the best stays we’ve had! The home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities. The golf cart was a huge highlight and made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy. Everything about the stay felt effortless. Absolutely loved staying in this house! Beautifully updated, the home was exactly as listed. Very easy check in and had everything we could need! The property manager was quick to answer all questions! We have been coming to this community for 20 years and this is one of our most favorite homes we have stayed in. We will be booking with them again!

Loop yarnBernat Alize Alize puffy not fineBeautifully appointed home. They have thought of everything. Agree with other reviewers that the en-suite bathroom door is strange. I suggest that you provide a golf cart map of everything you can drive to and the gate to Grand Boulevard and the beach tunnel.

#### roaches and funky smell

Property was beautiful, but had roaches. also had a wet, moldy smell in the master closet. We entered on Friday at 4 pm got dressed went to beach. came back and slept. Saturday morning left around 5:45 am came back around 10 cooked had dinner, left , came back there were roaches in the kitchen, on the stove. after that we stated to notice them every where. I contacted the company on Sunday via text message. they offered to bring cans of bug spray out. I declined due to grand daughter's asthma. I told them that we would be leaving early next morning so that they could take care of it. Since then they have been hostile and angry that I feel that I should get some form of compensation.

Our total experience from booking the property to arriving with my family exceeded our expectations! The home was very well-kept and very clean! Beautifully decorated with an updated feel! You won't be disappointed! Also, the golf cart is very well-kept and a nice touch to our vacation experience! We will miss the morning and evening golf cart rides around the property the most! The perfect piece of paradise with both a beach and bayside feel!

Very nice place! Our new favorite in Sandestin! Great location and the 6 seat golf cart is a win win as our Daughter and Family visited and we could all go places together. Has all the home away from home amenities needed to cook yummy seafood! Donna was wonderful to communicate with for check in and during our stay she was so kind! The white sand beach and everything the area has to offer is pure relaxation! Can’t wait till next year!! Oh did I mention the beautiful sunsets🌅

The wife and I stayed at this AMAZING house. It was by far the cleanest and nicest place that we stayed at during our Florida vacation! Golf cart was great to go to the beach with and the bar and grills on the property!

Came in for my nephew's wedding at the Hilton and the location was the best. Used the golf cart to drive over to the wedding and to explore the property. House was clean and had everything we needed. Initially had a problem with the door code but a quick phone call solved the problem. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Couple hiccups when we arrived but the management company made everything right. Remodel was done well and each room was spacious for our family. Wasn’t listed but the host provided a wide range of beach necessities to take to the beach. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

#### Perfect Vacation Spot

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location inside San Destin. The golf cart was the best we have ever had at a rental property in San Destin and we have been vacationing there for years. It’s awesome to be able to take the cart to the beach, shopping, restaurants and all the other great things the resort offers. It was a very relaxing stay. Easy check in and check out process. We will definitely be back.
