Inside, the condo boasts a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances—including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher—making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals on the balcony while soaking in the stunning Gulf views. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach.

After a day of exploration, retreat to the cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a bunk area with twin beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All linens and towels are provided, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. All mattresses have been recently replaced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
