Tucked into a renowned gated community, this distinctly designed retreat is a quick walk to private beach access along the Emerald Coast and 2 community pools. Nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions from Destin to 30A make Villa Hermosa a centrally-located, ideal destination. This three-bedroom, four-bathroom Villa is a masterpiece of authentic Spanish and Grecian modern architecture, seamlessly blending old-world elegance with contemporary luxury. As you drive into the gated community, you're greeted by a lush courtyard with towering palms. Upon entering the Villa, you're met with a spacious living room bathed in natural light. Exposed wooden beam ceilings preside over two comfortable sofas, a relaxing oversized chair, and handcrafted niches displaying authentic terracotta wine vessels and ceramic vases. The second primary suite also boasts a private terrace overlooking the lush landscaped grounds and an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bunk room holds six twin beds and its own dedicated bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a tub, and a luxury tiled shower. The second floor landing area also has a stackable washer/dryer for your group's laundry needs. Every detail of this exquisite Villa has been intently curated. From the Spanish-sourced tile to the European art and decor, escape to this one-of-a-kind oasis and celebrate the finer things in life by some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Villa Hermosa is just a short drive from popular nearby attractions such as: \-Destin Commons \-Silver Sand Outlets \-30A (Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, & Seaside) \-Gulfarium A beach wagon, beach toys, and a limited amount of beach towels/beach chairs are provided for guest's use. BEACH ACCESS In just a 5 minute walk, you'll exit the community and cross Scenic Highway 98 at a crosswalk to arrive at the beach access gate. Once through the gate, you'll go down about 20 stairs to get to the sand and the ocean. The beach generally only allows umbrellas and there may be signs posted that prohibit tents or canopies in certain areas of the beach. Please see the South Walton beach safety website for a complete listing of beach rules. Lastly, please be mindful of the ocean conditions and beach flag warnings. The currents can be incredibly strong and dangerous at times, so please adhere to the beach flags and stay safe during your stay. Prior to your arrival, you will be provided a welcome link with codes to access our community gate, digital door locks on the home, and the private beach access gate. Guests will have access to the entire property, community pool, and private beach with the exception of the second level exterior owner's closet. There are two parking spots in the driveway as well as a convenient overflow lot across the street in front of the community pool. If you have issues parking, please contact us for assistance. Street parking is not allowed by the HOA anywhere in the community. We only rent to mature guests 25 and older who will respect our home, neighbors, and community. Comfortable beds and sofas and lots of balconies! The proximity to the neighborhood pool was awesome, and we liked how quiet the pool was. We were often the only ones there so it felt private. Pretty easy walk to the beach too so that was awesome. Don’t bring a wagon though, there are a LOT of stairs down to the beach. The beaches to me were a little crowded…I heard that Miramar was less crowded than Destin but the beaches were packed. And definitely can’t have any canopies, umbrellas only. The only thing about the house is that there were no dressers in any of the rooms. I like unpacking so ended up with my clothes stacked on the floor. Overall great experience! The house is absolutely beautiful and the layout is so great. It is tastefully decorated throughout with the goal being maximum relaxation. The furniture is ultra comfortable and the home has everything you need. So close to the beach and other fun things to do. Our stay included my wife and I and 6 of our children 10yo - 22yo. From the moment we planned our trip until our final stay the owners were always ava to answer any concerns and makeing sure our stay was amazing. The location and area was really beauitful. I was lucky enough to find the perfect spot to spend our first florida vacation. The house was very cozy, and spacious enough to find a sweer spot to relax. My favorite was the balcony. Two of the bedrooms had its own patio to sit outside and relax after a long day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to bring a huge family.
