You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply. • Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time. • Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. • All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes. \*Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you! Seasonal beach service has been paid for - this allows you to have 2 chairs plus umbrella set up each day of your stay. There is a finite number of beach sets, so we recommend talking to the attendant early in the morning to "stake your claim" on the chairs, especially during the busy summer season. We do not charge our guests extra for beach service, and we do not offer refunds if it is not available as we have no control over the beach service vendor! Mainsail allows only 2 cars on property per reservation. Upon arrival you will check in with the gate attendant for your parking pass/passes for your stay. Guests have covered parking under the tennis courts which keeps your car nice and cool! Please note - your reservation includes 1 car. Will list pros and cons Pros: Condo: fully stocked! Comes with everything you could need! Appliances worked great! Condo was super clean and ready to go. Location; condo is just a little walk to the beach. Right by parking garage. Condo is right by outlet mall and lot of eating places and fun activities for the kids. Beach: super clean! Water is so clear! Condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Pool; big pool and hot tub. Super clean and the kids had a lot of fun Arcade: fun games for the kids Safety; love the security gate at the entrance and there is a patroller the grounds. Cons; Balcony has no few of ocean. Only have few of parking lot and parking garage Beds were a little hard for my comfort level To sun it up we he a great vacation. We utilize the hot tub, heated pool, fitness room, shuffleboard and enjoy the short walk to the beautiful beach. This property was very nice and clean and exactly as described and in the photos. It was very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of windows to bring in the sunshine and two huge balconies. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Kathy S. We loved how close the condo was to the beach access and that it was located on the second floor. My only recommendation would be a drying rack for wet swimsuits and towels. The size of it was much larger than the pictures gave the impression of, the host/hostess did a great job with the directions they gave us for checking in, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was great, and the beach itself was very nice. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Destin/Miramar Beach. The two main things we wish it would have had were BBQ utensils for the grills outside, and a Keurig. Other than that, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. ##### Justin W.
