The beach access is approx 1000 yards, and the community pool is a couple of blocks away. Come have the vacation of a lifetime at Aqua Vida! The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches. \*Max 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We also enjoyed the covered porches. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is useful for families or two couples. Trees around the house create a nice setting. Beach is a 10-12 minute walk. Wagon provided makes it easy to carry items. Community pool is also nice. A few shops and restaurants are 8-15 minutes walk, depending on store. Groceries are close driving. It was very clean which is a priority for us - so thank you. Please don’t let the following issues infer we didn’t like the house we did! It is beautiful, close walk to beach. It is a very nice home! Two issues: please advise that the steps are quite steep. We had a disabled person and the stairs were difficult to manage. Even the kids complained about the steepness. Next every door in the house needs oiled. You could not open a door at night without waking others! This is easily fixed. Thank you to RealJoy for being available with answers!
