The first floor boasts an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with new appliances, new counters and fresh paint throughout. You will feel like you are living the life of luxury as you lounge on the comfortable living room couches or have a seat around the 5 person kitchen bar area and take part in group conversations. The 4 person dining table ensures everyone can dine together and join in on the celebration. The large patio in the back provides the utmost sense of tranquility, while the home’s multiple private balconies offer a place of solitude at the end of the day. The second floor is where you will find the master suite, featuring a king bed and private balcony. It really DID NOT sleep 9 people we had to rent a cot for my 15 yr old grand daughter. Also the sofa bed was not comfortable. My adult kids said it dipped in the middle and the right side had a sharp bar that caused a cut on her leg. Before our stay I called and asked if the kitchen to confirm the type of coffee making and was told by the Host company, My Vaction Haven it had a keurig and working blender. So I bought coffee pods Also looked forward to making fruit smoothies for all of us. That couldn’t happen since the blender did not work. The house was perfectly situated in the Emerald Waters neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and even easier to the pools. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens) had plent of space -- the house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the patios. The large open kitchen/living area was nice, as well. Having a couple beach chairs and boogie boards available was a nice perk. The beach was much better than the beaches closer to Rosemary/Seacrest, too -- more spacious and less crowded. Unit is a big duplex but not all home are. Good parking. Nice pools. Can walk thru gates to the beach with some steps maybe too many for some. We preferred riding to Henderson Park as easier on some family to access beach and restrooms— very nice. Teens could even walk to Alvins for shopping for skim boards or other beach stuff. Kitchen roomy and balconies nice. Watch out for sprinklers as ours soaked the outside dining at 5 pm. Too cold ac on 72 when we arrived and needed help with nest thermostat. Caled management and very helpful. Directions booklet might help save them some calks. Will go again to Miramar area and may try this place again! ##### Janet C. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, this home was perfect for our family of six. Recent renovations made the home an incredible vacation for our family. Very close to a number of good food options and in a gated community. Truly a bargain spot for a high class beach vacation to the Emerald Coast.
