Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with a newly furnished living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring ample counter space and a large bar for casual dining. Each bedroom has its own private balcony or deck, offering peaceful spots to relax and soak in the coastal breeze. For your convenience and enjoyment, seasonal beach chair service is included, so you can head straight to the shore and start relaxing. Smart TVs with streaming services (no cable) are available throughout the home, making entertainment effortless. Miramar Beach Villas is a gated community of vacation rentals located just off Scenic Gulf Drive. The sugary white sand and mesmerizing emerald waters of the gulf are only a short distance away. These two to three-story townhomes are contemporary and completed in a formal Mediterranean style. You’ll be just minutes from multiple shopping venues such as the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. There are also popular dining locations within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. The stay was great. The property was clean, the location was ideal, the whole thing was wonderful. But from the moment that we booked, we started getting inundated with messaged from REAL JOY VACATIONS. We received at least 15 texts from them while at the property alone. Most asking how our stay was and if we needed anything but eventually they turned to asking us to book another vacation and now I keep getting emails asking me about buying a property in Florida. I've asked multiple times for them to stop emailing and texting but the texts keep coming...even a full week after we checked out!!! So much for a relaxing vacation!!! This has all left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd definitely think twice before booking a property owned by Real Joy Vacations again!!
