On the first floor, you'll find a bright and open living area with cozy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing family meals after a day in the sun. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms, each with private balconies for enjoying the coastal breeze. The master bedroom offers a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a peek-a-boo Gulf view from its private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds—ideal for kids or extra guests. Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets. Private entrance to beach was nice. Hose outside was helpful. Condo was able to accommodate my family of 6\. Beds were not comfortable even for the kids. Furniture on porch and in living room really needs to be replaced. Chair on porch was broken and shredded up. Really bad condition. WiFi rarely connected.
