The location is very convenient to the beach access and the view from the patio was great. The condo itself is a bit dated but overall the layout and space functioned very well for my husband and I. The on-site laundry right out the front door was also convenient and took credit cards making it easy as well. While the apartment appeared clean at first glance, we very quickly realized the floors had not been swept or mopped and , as a result, the bottom of our feet were black. I spent time sweeping and mopping the floors and was not able to locate a dustpan or a mop in the unit. It wasn’t a deal breaker and I didn’t notify the property management company, but a completely clean space is important. ##### Kerrie R. We were very comfortable and the unit has a gorgeous view from the balcony. The accommodations are not luxurious, but the layout was great and the unit was clean. We spent all our time at the beach directly across the road. The walking path next to the building was perfect for morning jogs. We will definitely be returning. ##### Anne P.
