"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. The public spaces were beautiful. The restaurant food was good. The only downside was the main city center is around a 35 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the hotel, which didn't bother us much at all. It was only about 10-15 soles to take a cab or tuktuk."

"C’était vraiment propre et le service était exceptionnel. En plus du petit biscuit qu’ils offrent lors du check-in, lorsque je leur ai dit que je devais partir avant le début du déjeuner, ils m’ont offert un sac avec de la nourriture lors du check-out vers 5h30. Le personnel était très serviable."

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. The only downside is that the property is located outside of Puno so you either need your own transport or rely on taxis so it depends what type of experience you are after. This suited me fine as I was after the views and spending a little on transport was worth it."
