"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of. The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers. Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"

"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone going to La Paz. The location is not necessarily the best as it is far away from downtown but still has the benefit if being super quiet. "
