This was our first time staying here and it will definitely be our last! The staff were nice but the facility as a whole was absolutely disgusting. Our room had wripped off wallpaper, gashes in the wall, and missing paint. The bathroom had mold around the door in addition to multiple poop smears on the wall next to the toilet. We booked for the pool and water slides. The pool had filth floating around and only 2 slides were working. It was a huge disappointment and pray we do not get bed bugs.

We were told on check in that one slide was not open, but was not told the hot tub was also down. The hot breakfast was terrible. The hash browns must have been out for hours, were soft, dry and very salty. The eggs had been out with a long time too and the sausages were dried out, looked more like cat turds.

Breakfast is consistently not restocked, beds are worn and linens stained. Parking & shopping are convenient. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel is needing a huge upgrade in all areas. Damage to walls, furniture, blood stained sheets, and the pool wasn’t functioning properly the whole time, only 1 slide running, kids pool or hot tub would be shut down and the pool was closed all day Wednesday with no previous warnings.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only thing that I would say to improve on is that the staff that runs breakfast, makes sure that everything is up and working. The juice machine wasn’t on and we were down there around 8:30. I asked when someone appeared about fifteen minutes later about the machine. He turned it on then I was able to have juice. There was two families with children in there before who just had to get water from the sink for their children.

I booked the Executive suite and it's not worth the money. I had to connect both tv's. There was liquid dripping from the wall. The housekeepers left tape hanging over the main room entrance. The doors were busted. I found fake nails in the jacuzzi and in the bathroom. I wanted to ask for a refund but my girl is too nice so I didn't.

The room I had was small. The bathroom had a stall shower. The bathroom fan was not functional and EVERYONE knew what the other had for meals the day before. The water park has only half the slides functioning. The room wear was definitely showing 15 years of wear from birthday parties for 10 year old kids. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I be staying there in the future.

We could not get into our room until 5 PM. The hot tub was not working. One of the waterslides was closed. And the breakfast in the morning was not very good at all and most of the stuff was not replaced until late. No coffee when we came for breakfast

Amazing the down turn in this hotel. Very dirty rooms and needs a lot of repairs. Pool is pathetic. 1 of 3 water slides work and it feels as though it hasnt been cleaned in years. Garbage laying all over.

Overall the place was great. This is the first time I have so say the sleepless night we’re horrible. The bed was the worst part ever. Throughout the year’s we’ve stayed at this hotel we’ve never had an issue with anything until this time. My back has never hurt so bad. Even though we love this hotel we’re definitely going to find a different place so stay when we do go need to stay in that area.

The over all experience was ok. It was the cleanliness that got me. As I have worked in the industry, this place was gross. First, the building is non-smoking which is great. Although, there are absolutely no 'butt stations' around the building. So there are cigarette butts literally every where around the building. Not just that, they were tracked inside. There was a single Butt in the middle of the hallway, the entire time we were there. As, I waited for staff to pick it up, I was disappointed, we were there for 3 days. When I was packing up to leave, I found someone else's underwear poking out between the mattress. Now, the pool area. I get it, some times things don't work. But when I called ahead to make sure that it was going to be open and working during our stay, I was not told that 2 of the waterslides where not working. When we got to the pool area, there were chairs in the hot tub, clumps of hair around on the floor, gum on the floor and big chunks of paint flaking off of the floor. They had a pool attendant and the place was empty, you would think things would be kept up regularly. The second day in the pool, the room was freezing that I had to tell the attendant, who informed me she had no control over the temp. But it was cold air coming out of the vents. In the afternoon, the temp of the room was normal and just fine. This of course was on 12/25, you would think that they would keep the room warm enough for guests to stay in the area for more than a half an hour

This hotel is filthy. We stayed for a hockey tournament and 90% of the team had filthy rooms. Our sheets were not clean when we came in. Very visible jam(?) stains on the other various stains on the sheets. The man who checked us in was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. The purple haired lady working was rude. Sheets did get changed but sheets still had old stains on them. Towels also were stained. Chair in room had not been wiped in what looked like forever. Walls are very thin. I could hear the family in the connecting room perfectly when they were talking. Really gross experience. The hotel needs cleaning staff who actually care.

Our sheets were dirty upon arrival. There was rice in our bed. There was a huge brown food spill on the comforter. Our comforter did not seem washed at all. We had to strip off the sheets and re do our bed at 11pm after a long day of travel. Staff was friendly but seemed inconvenienced with our request of new sheets. No option for room cleaning so we had to request new towels every day.

Front desk lady was amazing!
Check in was great, the lady at front desk went above and beyond her duty to accommodate us for our stay. House keeping was not up to par. Each one i seen was on there phone talking and the one i engaged with was very rude as i interrupted the call she having in a room she was "cleaning" (she was standing looking in the mirror adjusting her hair). The breakfast they provide was great every morning. Overall our stay here was ok, the lady at the front desk made up for alot!

Bathrooms need an upgrade badly and the walls were thin. Still not back to regular room cleaning so we had to ask for coffee and clean towels each day. Staff was great and everything was clean. Super convenient for shopping.
