The building on the outside is lacking, the inside was nice . We get to our room on the 7th floor there was an extra space between the window and outside . One of the screens was missing ( not from our window the extra balcony thing you could not get on) there was a dead pigeon….. the live pigeons would get in the space flutter around by the air conditioner and sound like a b52 landing in our room !!!! Easy fix …. Remove dead pigeon replace screen

Very large hotel, was close to where we needed to be, beds were very comfy, everything worked well in the room, only down fall was the toilet was not flushed when we got into our room, which is nasty

Room was service level clean. Definitely needs a deep clean. Toilet didn’t want to flush. Pool was fine, just really loud. Staff was very accommodating. We wanted conjoined rooms but they couldn’t help us with that even though there were rooms available. Would stay again, but hopefully they do a deep clean before next time!

The property was very quite, has good water pressure and good a/c. Room light was weak making the room Look less clean. Would be nice to have the room Made when they say it would be made. I was told every 3 nights I had to request after 5 nights. May want to offer different breakfast menu. There’s more than one way to prepare eggs.

The heat went out in middle of the night i called down and requested space heater and they said they didnt have any. Then brought up 1 small blanket for the 4 people in the room. When we checked out they said manager would get ahold of us , but of course we go no call from them. Dont spend your money at this place

We always enjoy staying at the clarion but now since we’ve had our son I think we will sadly be looking for a different hotel only for the reason that the pool is FREEZING cold and has been the last 3 times we’ve stayed no matter what time of the year it is. Would love to change our minds if something was done about it.

Went for two nights, staff messed up our rooms and made us move to different rooms and were very rude to us about it. The rooms were clean, but the hotel was so short staffed, the pool/bathrooms were disgusting. It’s too bad they have bad/no staff because I think this hotel would be nice otherwise.

Nice hotel. Had all the amenities I was looking for. Free breakfast was great. Only bad thing was room smelt a little musty. Probably air conditioner needed to be cleaned. Will definitely give them another chance and go there again.
