Room was clean but very dated. Older bathtub and shower, furniture was older and a little roughed up. Kitchen area was nice and upgraded. Staff were friendly.

The property smelled of cigarette smoke and febreeze that I’m assuming was suppose to mask the cigarette scent. My baby had an asthma attack because of the scents, they would not refund me the money for the second night that I could not stay there. Very disappointing, and I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are like small apartments with full kitchens, living areas, a separated bedroom and large bathroom. It is very nice to have so much space and these amenities.

Canceled our stay there for Sunday night. Hotel has no shuttle service, there are no cabs, and Lyft could not pick us up for at least three hours. With the town so poor in transportation so limited, it amazes me that they are able to stay open. hotel itself is beautiful on the outside average inside breakfast was delicious

Hotel was nice. Fairly clean. Disappointed that the pool was still closed. Had been closed for 10 months now. Breakfast was okay, but needed refilling each morning we went down and didn't have a lot of items due to the food truck not delivering. Also shower needs recaulking and shower curtain didn't go to the floor so a lot of water went out of the walk in shower. Kitchenette floor near cabinets and refrig and toe kicks were dirty.

Decent and I would stay here again.
Decent place to stay. Nice staff and reasonable rates. Good breakfast and the girl bartending at night was friendly. The pool was closed down during our stay. Minot was packed during the recent oil boom and the hotels in the area show signs of that busy time. HYATT house shows signs of that time considering it is an extended stay hotel. But management and staff have done a decent job trying to keep it clean and in presentable shape.

My Father and I did a surprise visit to my son stationed at Minot AFB - this place was recommended to us by a few people on base - we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Shakeera and she was more than helpful in getting us our room and finding us our best discount (Veteran/Retired Law Enforcement/AAA) We had even seen Shakeera a couple of times during our visit away from the hotel and she was always friendly and asked every time if we were enjoying our stay and if everything was good with our room. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely be staying here.

I love the rooms, they are like mini apartments. They are always clean and the staff is great. The restaurant leave something to be desired and the bar is ok as long as you don't want a drink with more than one alcohol. Do not order a Long Island

This property was close to the airport but a five minute drive to shopping, restaurants and downtown.. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our main concern was that our room was not serviced during our three day stay despite requests both to housekeeping and the front desk. Parking was plentiful.

Our room was dirty. We found empty alcohol bottles under the desk that hadn't been cleaned up as well as dirty socks in the bedroom under covers. Additionally, the website specifically stated that the pool would be open as of April 30th and it was not open as of May 20th when we stayed there. We have three children and choose hotels based on having a pool. Very disappointing stay and will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

My initial room was okay there was a large chunk of my table missing, my nightstand light did not work and my toilet ended up breaking after the first use. After the front desk was made aware they were so kind and helpful and they were able to give me a new upgraded room for the inconvenience. The hotel rooms themselves were a little outdated and well used but the staff were all so friendly, helpful and kind that it almost made up for it all.

The hotel is bad. Furniture is dirty and damaged. Couch was discolored with stains, furniture looks like they bought it at a rummage sale. We found pubic hair all through the bathroom. I wanted my money back and the front desk lady refused. She said I already checked in and she can’t give refunds. We had been in the room for 5 mins. I talked to Expedia and they could not help with getting me a refund. Very disappointing. Do not stay here.

The breakfast provided was good, but the room was very unclean, the floor had crumbs and hair everywhere and the coffee table had food stuck and hardened to it, also was a huge stain on the couch we didn’t even want to sit on it.
