A large and spacious living/dining room with large couches and seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and peninsula separates the living and cooking areas. There are also two bathrooms with showers and a laundry room and a patio with outdoor seating. The apartment is located on the first floor (there is also a lift), and easily accessible (19 steps from the ground floor). LOCATION The apartment is in the heart of Minori, 50 meters - 54 yards from the ocean, bus stop, and ferry dock reachable in less than 2 minutes of walking. If you'd like to visit Ravello, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Salerno, or Naples, you can get there quickly and easily from Minori by taxi, bus, or boat (where possible)! Also, Pompei, Herculaneum, and Paestum are easily reachable. Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of Euro 25 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and period. Confirmation Policy : For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival. Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM. For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged. For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50. Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM. Our host, Giuseppe was incredible and went well above and beyond to make sure our entire trip was amazing!!! He made dinner recommendations and dinner and beach reservation for us in different places and made sure we had the best spots at the beach and best tables at the restaurants!!! The culinary highlight was the 7 course tasting menu at Glicine at Hotel Santa Catarina. The cuisine was exquisite and they have a wine list to match. We also suggest to have dinner at "Al Mare Restaurant" situated at the Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi. They provide complimentary shuttle each way and it was really a great experience. The apartment was beautiful, better than the pictures and the host was so helpful with arranging a taxi for our trip home! Only downside is this place is noisy. Everything from the communication with the host, the cleanliness of the property and the convenience of the location. Surrounded by everything you’ll need – fruit market, bakery, restaurants and the supermarket. Minori is a quaint town to get away from the droves of people yet still be only a block from the coast. Located on a real neat street where not all of the people are tourists, but real folks who live in town. Few restaurants close by, but best of all was the proximity to boats going to different towns. ##### Simon K. The property is modern in design, very spacious, had everything included that we needed to live comfortably for 10 days. It was spotlessly clean and service was provided every 4 days. The location could not be better for enjoying Minori for all that it offers. It is close to the sea, the ferry, good restaurants, and small shops for fruit, veg, meat and other supplies if you wish to have meal in the apartment. The management team for Amalfi Vacations could not have been more helpful in every way. We only had to ask and they did their best to accommodate our needs. We explored the entire Amalfi Coast and most of the towns are very busy and full of many tourist but Minori's character is more "locals" and quite which was a real bonus when we just wanted to relax and enjoy the local area. We were always happy to return 'home' to Minori at the end of a busy day of exploring. If we ever return to Minori we will definitely want to use Amalfi Vacations for our apartment. We would clearly recommend this apartment. ##### colin s. It is essentially brand new with all the high end accommodations. It is extremely spacious and bright. Better yet, the staff members are unbelievably professional and friendly. Norma was a gem!
