The property is in a good location. It’s just a short walk to the main strip in Minocqua. It also has access to a boat dock across the street. The house and furnishings are a bit dated so this is not a luxury listing. But it’s clean and safe. Everything worked in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The only minor issue we had was there was no grill despite the ad claiming there was one. The owner quickly rectified that and there was a charcoal grill outside stocked with charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter the next day. The owners/managers were nice and responsive. My s/o only complaint is no king bed. But overall nice place in Minocqua which is a really neat little island town. ##### Andrew R. Upon arrival we discovered the fridge had not been cleaned and there was still food in it. The shower curtains were stained and had to be washed, the silverware and dishes needed to be cleaned and a few of the lamps did not work. In addition, the TV did not work for the week. The ad indicated there was a dock that we could use, and when we went to look for it it was not there. When I called the rental agency we were told it would not be put in until mid July. The rental agency found us a dock to use for the week, but it was across the bay. This house was a huge disappointment. I would not rent it until they fix the things that are wrong with it. ##### Jill G.
