In the bathroom, there is a wooden shelf under the sink. There must have been a leak of some kind. There is mildew or mold of some kind growing on it. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice, an hour and a half before checkout. There was no Do Not Disturb on my door. It was very irritating and rude! Breakfast was ok. Sausage gravy was lukewarm.

Nice clean room, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, breakfast was typical but decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The lobby was very welcoming with an nice sitting area. The breakfast area was open and very clean. The A.M. breakfast was very nice and I had a great cup of coffee to start my day. The king size bed was so comfortable with lots of pillows. Great stay.

It's not a bad hotel. The staff were nice and the place was clean. The TV channel selection sucks, the carpet is ugly, and there was a strange smell in the hallways, but the bed was comfortable and ice was always available.

Due to the fact we were in a handicapped accessible room, we were at the far end of the hallway. Not a problem. My complaint is a couple with a large dog was put in the room across the hall. I had an emotional support dog with me. The dog across the hall barked on and off all night. When it barked my dog would bark back. I and my roommate we kept awake by the barking.

The price is decent and the rooms are not horrible. Considering the hallways are super run down. The fact that you charge a hundred dollars incidental just to people who rent through sites like expedia is absurd to begin with, but if your gonna do that you better make sure that they're doing it correctly and not charging people a hundred dollars for no reason! You also need to start cleaning up the dog crap all over the outside of your property Cause its absurd

Friendly staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed…had a hard pillow. The breakfast was very good with many options. Only area that needed improvement was in the elevator, which had a dirty floor and marred interior doors.

We stayed here for a weekend. First thing was our fridge didn’t work so we unfortunately had to throw our leftovers after we attempted to get it to work without any luck. We also woke up this morning to police speaking over a megaphone at someone inside the hotel. I’m not sure what happened but there was about 8 cop cars circling the block and the parking lot. Great rooms besides the fridge but the area didn’t feel super safe! Let me say though, the staff that work there are SO NICE. They were welcoming and super sweet at checkin and checkout. They deserve a raise! Amazing customer service! Good stay over all especially for the price! Just a bit scary of an experience this morning! (Not sure if that’s a normal thing that occurs)

It was great. The heat went out in our apartment during winter. The wi-fi was a bit spotty when trying to do homework, but I just used my phone as a hotspot. The continental breakfast was amazing! Basic stuff, and it was delicious! I felt safe and the beds were comfy. It was nice to be someplace warm.
