« The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. »

We have never been to the area and is a bit remote so I'd recommend bringing food and supplies initially if you need. « This house is incredible! The host has stocked the house so well. Anything you need, she has already thought of it and placed it somewhere. The house felt like "home." She is a very responsive host and the home was very clean. We saw Dolphins from the balcony each morning. She even has binoculars to view them! Highly recommended this place. It is about a 10 minute drive from Atlantic Beach (which is beautiful more touristy and huge waves) and a 5 min drive from Radio Beach (inlet, no waves)....

« Staff communication was fantastic. We arrived late at night and check in was easy. Prime location - we left the vehicle parked and walked to the beach, restaurants, brewery, biergarten, etc. Beach access was close and beach spot was very nice. The entire area was extremely pet friendly which worked out perfect. Most places had water bowls and the Crab’s Claw even had a pet menu. »

Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était immense, très propre et parfaitement équipée, avec TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, frigo et un coin cuisine bien pratique. Idéale pour une famille ! Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique. Côté services : parking payant, machine à glace, pas de piscine, mais un petit déjeuner inclus, simple mais suffisant pour bien démarrer la journée. En résumé : un hôtel confortable, calme et très bien tenu, parfait pour une halte dans la région entre Wilmington et les Outer Banks. On recommande sans hésiter !"
