You get what you pay for, but I'm not going to complain about it. The hotel itself was under renovation while I was there, and staff was respectful and nice. The biggest negative for me was the smell from people smoking marijuana in their rooms or the smell of marijuana in the hallway. But it's like i said, "You get what you pay for." Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay at if you're on a budget.

Every time i called for room service or needed something i had to go downstairs for it and they don’t even have water in there hotel. Asked the manager to provide some he said u’ll have to order from doordash or uber. And please don’t rely on food deliveries they take some much time to get in this area I don’t know why. But room and bathroom was nice and clean.

I stayed here for 10 days while in town for an event. As a single female traveller, I can say I felt safe & my experience was good. The building isn't fancy & you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel, but despite a the cosmetic imperfections--everything was clean & functional.,I had plenty of hot water & good water pressure. It was great having a kitchen & good sized fridge and I enjoyed cooking. I did bring my own dishes & utensils, after reading the reviews. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & I was very comfortable there. . The front desk was also very helpful & friendly as well if I needed anything.

Please do not stay here if you value your safety. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are broken down vehicles, busted out windows on cars, homeless people, inebriated and hard drug users in and outside of the property. We had 5 guys casing vehicles as we unloaded all of our stuff out on the cart. People watched what numbered room we entered, it was inner city scary. I am a woman, and I felt like I was the next to be taken never to be seen again. Someone screamed and ran above our room one night, seemingly was tackled to the floor; then no noise was heard from it again. The staff were friendly, the room clean, everything else...run.

Location is great- staff not so much

The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the bus line. Currently staying for an extended period of time at this hotel because of the location and price. However I find staff to be rude, short tempered and difficult to deal with.

Very adequate extended stay. Beds were average for budget hotel. Staff always available for questions & towel exchange. Felt reasonably safe. Not necessarily hotels fault but often strong scent of Marijuana in halls and our bathroom (I think our neighbor may have been using exhaust fan). Not an issue for me, but something some might want to know.

Sink was plugged and they said they were going to fix it, but didn't. The bathtub was not washed out when we got there. Musty smell in the hallway. Staff were polite. We stayed out of necessity, got what we expected on short notice over long weekend.

Person at front desk was friendly and helpful. There was someone smoking inside the front door frame as we came in. The hotel hallway on the second floor smelled very strongly of marijuana and there was a big garbage bag of garbage sitting in the hall as we went to our room. Our room had a broken bathroom door knob, and the air conditioner was so loud it woke us up quite a few times.

There is no breakfast, only bad coffee and it is usually empty by the time you get to it (they will not refill the pot once its gone). The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The shower hose had a huge break, spraying water everywhere and there was plastic bags tied around it to try to stop the spraying (it didn't help). I told the front desk and nothing was done. The bathroom sink faucet was not secured and wobbled when trying to turn it on. The whole place was not clean: the bed frame and counters had not been properly wiped off, there was little pieces of plastic trash left on the table and along the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom. There where two large, half empty bottles of juice left in the fridge. There were no wash clothes and the tv didn't work either. The staff is friendly but ineffective. I know "you get what you pay for", and they are "renovating", but that is no excuse for not cleaning a room before a guest checks in or having properly functioning plumbing. The positives: the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels seemed new. Notes: if you stay for more than five days, they do provide a one time cleaning but its only on Wednesday. Also, the stove top is conduction only so you have to have a special pan or cast iron if you want to be able to cook.
