It’s extremely run down: towel bars and couch is broken. There is staining in the sink/bathtub that looks like mold. The bathroom was dirty and covered in hairs and grime, to the point where it felt incredibly uncomfortable to bathe. There were no bath towels or bath mats out. It smelled like weed covered over by intense cleaning products. Communicating with the host was difficult—they were not prompt with check in details and it got worse from there. When I tried to get them to address the cleaning situation it required a lot of back and forth. When the cleaner finally came, they didn’t actually clean any of the grime.
