Locked two-bedroom Guest Suite and one-car garage: The two-bedroom Guest Suite is in a separate area on the lower level of the Property, and the attached garage – has a separate main entrance – with no cross traffic. These areas are NOT included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access and use the Guest (two-bedroom) Suite and attached garage area during this Rental Period. Do not block garage door access to the 3rd – single garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Owner Suite Guests have exclusive use of the four-bedroom upper-level floor of the Property.
