The 65” tv was unplugged on arrival and did not work when plugged in. When the owner came to troubleshoot, he brought a 40” tv with him so I believe he knew it was not functioning. Other items included a queen bed advertised as king, smoke detectors without batteries ( in an over garage apartment), overflowing garbage and a mini split that dripped so much water that we had over an inch in a large pan that we dumped regularly. There is minimal cooking/eating utensils so plan accordingly or eat out. The neighborhood is the saving grace and backs to a great park. ##### Julie B.
