Sheets full of blood, hair and dirt. Not just a stain either. The blood had dried and turned to flakes all over the bed. This bedding was NEVER washed before pur stay. Makes me wonder how often this happens. That night we were told we would be refunded. After 2 months of very slow replies they decided not to refund me, never even gave a reason. Expedia called them for me and they were told they would not refund. Worst hotel experience ive ever had. We have been going to mystic for over 20 years, that was the last time we will ever go back. We have plenty of casino options here in MN, pick somewhere different.

There was more staff than our last stay the pool was open all the food court was open there was ALLOT more people the last time there was hardly any. The man that checked us in was really sweet

Clean room, amazing shower and the bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great. Nice casino with tons of slots but also very packed so it was hard to get any of the machines we wanted. All in all, it was a great stay.

The room was nice and clean. The room door was a little touchy. You had to make sure to push or pull the door shut to ensure it closed fully.

We decided to take a trip to Mystic for my husband's birthday. I don't think we'd been in over 10 years and it has definitely changed! It was very clean and felt brand new - both the casino and the room. Unfortunately, there was a winter storm, so we weren't able to go to the steakhouse because they closed, but we still had a great time and will definitely visit again.

The property is clean, I was a little confused where to park my car for overnight stays. Directions and sign was not clear for hotel overnight guests especially for someone first time visitor like myself. The room : the bed and the bathroom were clean but the floor was dirty, my white socks is the proof of dirty floors. The shower drain were clogged and should have been caught during cleaning shower tub. Overall— Mystic Lake casino/hotel is a nice place to visit.
