Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. It took us quite some time to figure out all the steps. We also didn't know how to get from the parking garage to our room without leaving the building and walking around the building. Once we brought our luggage to our room we figured it out. 🙂 The location is wonderful. There was a block party down the street so the earplugs were helpful. ##### Terri M. The unit was not clean on arrival but the made it right. And this was the best well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. Waters and sparkling seltzer in refer.
