The check-in process was a bit cumbersome compared to other listings. There were bits of information received via text, email, and through the portal they have guests use. Separating it like this might be for security reasons, but it was too much info coming from various places. We were instructed to go into the portal to locate the wifi passcode, but we couldn't find it. Having all of the information included in one notification and including photos would be best. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! ##### Ryan H.
