This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building. • No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Getting there from the airport is very simple, you just get on the blue line on the metro, land on the last stop and then its a <10 min walk. Located close to Target Stadium and a few blocks from the river walk. There were lots of restaurant choices nearby. We were here to help our daughter move into her apartment as a graduate student at the University of Minnesota which was a quick and easy drive to the campus. The apartment was very clean and the management team was wonderful and brought extra towels since there were three of us. We loved having a kitchen which was well stocked.
