The owners did a nice job of taking a very old home and updating it with modern conveniences without losing the original feel. It was super clean, beds, shower, bathroom, and kitchen were awesome. Whole Foods less than a mile away, and another grocery even closer. Loved being so close to the lake, and a five-minute walk, if that, to rent kayaks. And yet it was quiet at night, and felt very safe. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and obviously well cared for. House was lovely and so well equipped, and who could argue with the views/location next to the water!! We hit up our favorites, Rustica, Barbette, Majers & Quinn, and Curioso Coffee.
