Very disappointed that I had a non-smoking room & the entire room smelled like smoke. Not only that, it was extremely hot and I couldn’t get the room to cool down.

Are you kidding me??? I booked this property on Expedia because it was pet friendly. Why? Because that’s what it said on your website! But guess what? It’s NOT pet friendly and according to the front desk, they had advised Expedia that they were no longer pet friendly. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

On arrival I went to my room. It had not been cleaned. Toothpaste was by the sink. The bath mat was by the tub and there was a used towel on the towel bar by the sink. The trash had not been emptied of tissues. I asked for another room.

This property had everything I needed. It just wasn't as upscale looking as some luckintas. But it was fairly quiet, coffee maker microwave and mini fridge in a room all worked. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Hot breakfast means you can put bread in a toaster and boiling water on oatmeal.

We chose this property over another comparably priced property due to the photos of the waffles in the continental breakfast options. Sadly, the continental breakfast was an extremely limited menu. There was bread, cereal, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. The hot water used for making the oatmeal was barely even tap hot. Had we known these things prior to our stay we would've elected to stay at another property. Someone was smoking marijuana on site leaving the odor wafting through the premises. Our neighbors were engaging in a very loud disagreement for a good portion of our first evening, and the morning of departure. On a positive note the room was clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient to the greater MSP area and easy access on and off the highway. The staff was very kind and accomodating.

I’ll Never stay at this hotel ever again,They took money off my card for a deposit and it has not been refunded to my account yet. . I try to call the front desk and they wil not answer the phone, to me this Theft.

1- You could slightly see through the door to our room. It looked as if someone tried to break into the room before so there was basically a chunk gone from the outside of the door seam, above the door handle. 2- There was items left in the bathroom for unclogging the sink. Including the bottle of chemicals. 3- The frame of one of the beds was broken in the middle so it was a huge slope in the bed. The other bed creaked every slight movement. 4- The “breakfast” was a joke. They only have a choice between orange juice and apple juice and the machine was out of order with no substitute offered. For food- the only food offered was bread with a toaster, butter and peanut butter. 5- The soda vending machine took 2 out of 3 $$ and then did not want to work. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything as they did not have the key. Never heard back after he said he would contact the company. 6- I put the do not disturb tag inside the card key hole on the outside of the door. On the day of check out the housekeepers still tried to come into the room at about 9am when check out is 11 or noon. They tried to open the door and thank goodness I had the metal latch flipped. The housekeepers pushed the door open so hard that when I went to open it the latch on the door got stuck into the latch that holds the door shut when “locked”. Last but not least, that I can think of at this moment, upon checking my bank statement, the hotel took the $100 incidental charge instead of releasing it.

Check in took a bit, and when i got to my room, every drawer to the dresser and end tables was open and there was cereal on the floor. The toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing (I fixed it) and the TV didn't have signal. After calling the front desk and being told it would take a while to send someone, I discovered a cable in the back of the TV was plugged into the wrong port. Neither of the safety locks on the door worked. I had requested the airport shuttle for 7 a.m. and was told it was coming. It did not. Then told it would be five minutes. Twice. We used to stay here once a month for a few years. I don't know what happened.

This is a very dated old property unlike any La Quinta I have ever stayed at before. I would never stay there again. The place was dirty and they made me put a large deposit down on my room because they get so many bad tenants that destroy their rooms.

Halls stink of marijuana, parking slots are very tight. One staff member was very nice and helpful the other was mediocre at best. Will not stay again. Stayed at many La Quinta locations and this one does not live up to the others. The room is clean and comfortable.

Culvers was right there. We like Culvers. We had a long layover and they stored our bags for us all afternoon , You{we} could walk from the motel. Sidewalks near so we walked the neighborhoods for a couple hours . Menards near by, also.

They ask for a deposit of 100 dollars plus the cost of the room and the worst thing is that they tell you that the deposit will be returned to your account in 14 days depending on the bank, on that side, bad service, they should return your money on the day of the exit because they do not accept the deposit in cash but only by card
