It is within walking distance to the many shops, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. A ten minute bike ride will get you to Lake Harriet and access to the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes. We really enjoyed the convenience! The stairs are somewhat challenging to navigate, so I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone with mobility concerns. I wouldn’t recommend it for two sets of older couples if they can’t handle going up and down steps. Only one bedroom is on the main level, and the stairs can be a little slick. Approximately 5 steps down to the lower level where there are two bedrooms and half bath and another 4 to 5 steps down to the basement level where there is a washer and dryer and another bedroom.
