our huge loft is the feature space in a 100 year old Minneapolis warehouse. An award winning renovation of the property has received awards and countless elated guests.

5 bedrooms with a total of 6 full sized beds, 2 Queen beds and a 1 single bed, will accommodate 16+ guests.

Great Group Stay

We worked with Emily for our stay and she made it a breeze. Great for our group of 9, especially with everyone getting a bed. Parking is limited, so plan for that, but Emily will help accommodate you if possible and direct you to off site parking if necessary. Awesome VRBO and even better experience with the owners. We’d highly recommend!

Couldn’t be more perfect!

We stayed in the loft for a collegiate reunion. The location was fantastic, the apartment was incredibly well appointed and equipped with every convenience! Emily was a complete joy to work with. I highly recommend and plan to rebook for future events!

Awesome place and hosts

My family and I decided to spend our end-of-summer vacation in Minneapolis and were lucky enough to find this awesome place to stay. The location is great. The space is huge and perfect for kids who need some alone time as part of their day. The hosts are awesome and provided lots of great suggestions. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location!

Perfect location for a group to stay that was attending a Nike tennis camp on campus. Kids were able to walk to/from camp every day as well as a couple restaurants in the evenings in Dinkytown. Parking was not an issue at all. The property was clean, quiet and safe. Emily, who did our check in, was awesome. The views from the rooftop deck are great!

Wonderful Rental

This VRBO is a perfect place to stay if you need/want to be close to campus. Plus it is close to the interstate to zip around the cities. It was very clean, well stocked, and just perfect. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Dinkytown Loft

Excellent rental. Close to Vikings and Twins stadium. Convenient stores and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Roomy kitchen and living room. Lots of beds. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Our group really enjoyed the loft.

Excellent Property!

This loft was perfect for my family! Finding a handicap/elderly friendly spot is not always easy, but this was great. Nice, flat, clean roomy interior with handicap ramps to get into the space. It was stocked with everything we needed and Emily was great to work with. The location on campus worked perfect for where we need to be. Thank you Emily and Greg!

Perfect loft for a group

This loft was absolutely perfect for our group. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owners had it well stocked with cooking supplies and coffee. Plenty of towels. The owner even ordered a pack n play for my friends infant.

Wonderful owner who is very helpful; great location which is walking distance to the conference site; super clean rooms makes us feel as comfortable as it can be. I will definitely recommend this property to whoever wants to stay for few nights in the U of M area!
