Enjoy large living spaces, a TV room with a 60-inch Roku TV, and an outdoor patio with a Blackstone Grill. A perfect fusion of historic charm and contemporary comfort awaits. The Space: We are dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays: Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested. To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home. Please note that while our property may offer access to hot tub, it's availability and functionality are not guaranteed. This hot tub is provided as complimentary amenity for guests use when in working order. We do not provide compensation, discounts, or refunds in the event that any amenity (including but not limited to hot tubs or other recreational equipment) is unavailable, out of service, or not functioning during your stay. Lots of space slept 6 of us no problem with room for more. Games in the living room were a nice bonus! It rained the whole time so we didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it was well cleaned as the maintenance man came at the beginning of the stay. Loved how close it was to the stadium only 15 min walk. Neighbourhood had some questionable people around I wouldn’t recommend walking alone but with a group it was okay. Amanda was a great host and answered messages very fast! You should know that you are a bit outside of downtown, so a car or the ability to rideshare is needed rather than relying on walking. Ideal location and wonderful house. The house was absolutely perfect. We cooked indoors and outdoors. We relaxed alot. Bathrooms and laundry are top notch. A beautiful old home that's been modernized tastefully in a nice neighborhood. The walk to the stadium takes you through some sketchy spots and we encountered some sketchy characters, but stay together and keep walking. The hotel rates were very high so we looked on Vrbo and found this house. It was more affordable than the downtown hotels and the house itself was so fun to stay in. The beds were all very comfortable. The showers and bath had great shampoo and epsom salts! We loved the hot tub and the location was perfect for getting around to many cool places, like the MOA.
