We loved our stay. Excellent location to the Mall. The covered walkway made it super quick and easy to get there. 1 bdrm suite was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Ladies at the front desk are total gems. Our daughter loved them and chatted with them every morning. Pool area was clean, with lots of chairs and clean towels available. We would definitely stay here again.

My family my husband and I, our 2 daughters and their husbands and 2 children a total of 10 of us stayed in 3 suites that each had a king bed and a pull out couch. It was a fantastic 4 day trip across from MALL OF AMERICA. We enjoyed the choice to walk across the Killebrew pedestrian bridge or take the car to cross Killebrew Dr Wonderful breakfast at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice to be able to walk to the Mall of America, they also provide a shuttle to the mall. Staff was nice and friendly. My family enjoyed the breakfast.

The accessibility room was at the opposite end from the elevators. For someone with mobility issues the distance is very difficult

Wasnt the cleanest… room was not refreshed the only morning/ day we needed it.. no apologies or $ off offered.. bedroom heater didn’t work, halls were noisy starting at 0730… breakfast was sold out at 8:50 on Saturday am with a few I’m sorrys. Again no rate reduction offered. For the price, wouldn’t stay there again or recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the suite we stayed in was clean and updated, had a small kitchen, and all the space that we needed. What I was most impressed with during our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of every single staff member we encountered during our stay. The customer service was exceptional.

Overall good. Breakfast options are very limited. Parking is easy. But you may see some suspicious Guys around the cars in Parking area! Nice staff..

They need to do some maintenance on the rooms before guests come to stay. In our room, we had four guest, but was missing a towel which is no big deal and itself. One of the TVs was not operational in the room, but the biggest deal was a toilet that was constantly plugged up. We informed them and their solution was to give us a plunger in a sack Which I use an exerted force to unplug the toilet but it was in such condition we could not put toilet paper down and had to use the bathroom in the lobby could not go anywhere because everything was booked up and it was evening so hopefully they get it fixed for the next person

Best Manager Mr. Phil Rommel!
Mr. Phil Rommel was really accommodating to us. He tended to all our family needs. We asked if we could stay a little bit longer during check out as we have a lot of things that we have to load and put away and he let us stay for another hour free of charge.

The mattress was terribly old and uncomfortable as were the pillows. They were completely flat and had no support what so ever. When the furnace kicked in, it was so loud and startling it woke us up each time.
