Our room was missing sheets and bedding on the pull out couch. It had black hair balls on it. The shower wasn’t the cleanest. I ran the water to try clean it up a bit. We were here a couple years ago and it’s not the same condition it used to be. I won’t stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast is great, however the breakfast area is not nearly large enough to accommodate guests in the morning on weekends. There was a meeting room they should open to alleviate everyone trying to cram in a very small area.

I made a reservation via Expedia. No refunds or cancellation. Parking lot was packed with no other parking in walking distance. Had to rebook elsewhere and pay for both properties.

Our room was actually quite filthy. I cleaned the bathroom myself before any use of it. Even the door to our room was disgusting. It looked as though someone spilt food/drink all down the front of it. The room smelt stale and musty. When I approached staff for an extra bag for wet clothes, I was met with EXTREMELY rude attitude. I didn’t ask for anything else… just an extra bag for wet suits. They wouldn’t turn the splash pad area on for my kids either. No explanation. Just didn’t do it.

Terrible, rude staff! Check in time was 3:00 and we didn’t get to check in until after 4:00. I called in the morning letting staff know we’d like to check in early and asked if we could at least swim early. Staff said maintenance had to be done on the pool. I was told to call back at 1. When I called at 1 I was told we couldn’t swim until we checked in. We got to the hotel at 2:30 and couldn’t swim, however others were in the pool. At 3:00 several others were able to check into their rooms. A different staff person came on just after 3 and I asked if we could swim and she said of course! Very frustrating!

Room was clean and odor free. All amenities were in the room and in working order. Bathroom and towels were clean. Breakfast was great. Bananas would have been nice though.

Showers in King Bed rooms are terible
The King Bed rooms are for handicap. I booked it for comfort and payed extra instead if resulted in a pretty terible experience especially while taking showers.

The pancake maker both days of our stay and the coffee make the second day weren’t working. Not terribly inconvenient but when I asked for more Kuerig pods from the front desk, they scrounged up one decaf. No offer to bring me more or anything. So front desk staff kept me from rating this excellent but cleaning staff were very pleasant! Bed was a little firm for my liking but not unbearable. The children’s pool was awesome!!!!

Terrible Customer Service
I booked this hotel for the week for work and the project I was working on ended early. I told the receptionist the night before I checked out which was three days early I need to check out early. No questions asked she said she could do that. Never once was it mentioned I would still be charged for the remainder of the stay. I later called the hotel for a refund and the manager told me to figure it out myself but she would not be refunding me. I called countless times and no help. I will never stay at this hotel again when I’m in town for work and have no need for IHG hotels in general.
