Comfortable and Great Stay!
Girls weekend of shopping and socializing, was nice to all be in one house versus multiple hotel rooms. The location was residential but very close to Eden Prairie Center shopping mall, Chanhassen Theatre and restaurants. Communication with property manager/owner was very attentive with quick response. Overall great stay for what we needed!

Great location, comfortable home.
We enjoyed our time there as we celebrated our son’s wedding near by. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels and hangers in the closet. We ate most of our meals there. I loved having the upstairs and downstairs because it gave guests privacy. The back yard is stunning with a view of lush trees. Definitely recommend staying there. The host answered questions immediately as well.

Nice Stay
House was clean and kitchen very functional. Lack of wine glasses a bit mysterious, as was lack of some bedroom furnishings, because the rooms and appliances overall were in excellent shape. Would give it a 4.5. Tremendous location to enjoy Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka area!

Disappointing
Because there was no a/c/ventilation at all downstairs, the two bedrooms there as well as the bath and family room, smelled musty and felt stuffy. After a hot first night, we found dirty screens in a storage area and installed them, but for a typical Minneapolis summer night, they would not have kept the rooms cool. Many things needed replacing or fixing: rusted baseboards, porch railings with nails popping up, stained living room couch, unfinished closets, and the dated decor downstairs. For the price we paid, we felt this was the worst property we have ever rented.

Great Weekend in MSP
We had a girls weekend in Minneapolis and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had great entertaining space upstairs and downstairs. Location in a quiet neighborhood was also great. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Property was clean, spacious and in a good location with private backyard. The host was great at communicating property details. Would definitely stay at this VRBO property again.

Good location, comfortable
Just a short drive to the lake, restaurants and shops. The house is nicely updated for the most part. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but clean. Accurate to descriptions. Beds were comfortable. The experience overall was good. I wish I could give the property a 4.5. Had to take some points off because the property management company or owners need to complete a check prior to guests arriving. There was a thick layer of ice covering entire driveway, walkway, and steps. Very difficult to get inside and very dangerous. The breaker was tripped in the kitchen so lights did not work; however, they responded and this was resolved within 2 hours. We had to flip the breaker (which was hard to find). The main living room could use more seating to accommodate large groups. Otherwise, all was good. I would stay again.
