A perfect home for gathering with friends and family! 4 spacious bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins) and 2 full bathrooms. Queen blow-up bed available upon request!   
  
Large deck, gas grill, fire pit, huge fenced-in yard, stocked kitchen - everything you need for a GREAT stay!  
  
Convenient location: 4 min from Dinner Theater, 5 mins from Lake Ann, 6 mins from Excelsior! Target, Starbucks, Caribou Coffee and multiple grocery stores all within a 5 min drive!  
  
☆☆LIVING AREAS☆☆  
The living room features soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is lots of room for up to 10 guests and serves as an ideal gathering spot with the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring an induction stove and range. The kitchen has beautiful, low maintenance concrete countertops. There's seating for up to 10 at the large dining table and 3 additional counter heigh stools at the kitchen island.   
  
☆☆BEDS AND BATHS☆☆  
The main floor has two comfortable bedrooms, one king with a very large walk-in closet and one queen with a nice sized closet - both have floor length mirrors. The lower level has two more private bedrooms, one queen bed and two twin beds.All bedrooms have high-quality linens, extra pillows, extra blankets, ceiling fans, lamps with charge stations and noise machines for your comfort. An additional queen blow up bed is available upon your request!  
  
There is a spacious full bathroom on the main level with large vanity complete with double sinks, a whirlpool bathtub and all of your bathroom amenity needs. The lower level full bathroom has heated tile floors, heat lamp, double shower heads and all of your bathroom amenity needs.   
  
☆☆KID FRIENDLY☆☆   
We provide several fun, kid-friendly games such as life-size Connect 4, air hockey table and many board games. Lots of books for children can be found in the lower level living room. We also provide a high chair and pack-n-play with mattress in the walk-in closet off the King bedroom. Bath toys can be found in the bathroom linen closet on the top floor. There is a set of plastic children's utensils, cups, plates and bowels in the kitchen cabinet. If needed and requested, we do have a baby gate that can be placed at the top of the stairwell for safety.   
  
☆☆OUTDOOR☆☆   
A fully fenced private backyard shaded by mature trees is ideal for kids and pets to play safely. The large deck, complete with a grill and seating for up to 10, is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Enjoy lively conversations around the fire pit in the comfortable Adirondack chairs (wood provided October -April).  
  
☆☆PET FRIENDLY☆☆   
One dog under 75 lbs is welcome to stay and enjoy the space. A large kennel is provided in the laundry room, dog waste bags, special towels to wipe their paws and a designated "pet relief" station is located to the right of the front entryway of the property. \*\*Please note\*\* NO dog may be left alone in the home - must be kenneled while not at the property.  
  
☆☆ADDITIONAL SPACES☆☆  
You'll find a washer and dryer conveniently located in the lower level. Complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience should you need to do any laundry during your stay.  
  
☆☆ACCESSIBILITY☆☆  
To reach the main level of the home, you'll need to walk up 8 steps. To reach the lower level of the home, you'll need to walk down 6 steps.

No parties of any kind are allowed.  
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.  
No candles of any kind.  
No self tanners or spray tanning.  
No dyeing of hair.

No slime or Play-Doh.

Everything was great, the house was clean and well maintained. Our host was wonderful, great at communicating with us every step of the way. There was a nice basket of goodies and waters there when we arrived. Allison also left a handwritten note for us! It was lovely!

This IS the perfect gathering spot. Spacious, clean and a great location. Enjoy nature while being close to fun spots like Minnetonka and Excelsior. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and a grocery store was just down the block. Cozy and comfy. Alison is an exceptional host!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in! The home was very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels in kitchen and baths, all the utensils/plates/glassware you need for 8 people and kitchen cookware like you would have in your own home. VERY kid, pet and family friendly!! Loved the decor and nice deck with huge fenced in yard. They had a great fire pit area (unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it). Alison and Paul were excellent at communication and Paul was at the house within 5 minutes when we had one small mechanical need. SUPER EASY check in/out process and easy access to home. The personal touches were unexpected and much appreciated. Alison & Paul had a personal thank you note which included a message of congratulations for our son’s wedding (demonstrating they pay attention to their guests) and two goodie baskets waiting for us. The home was within 15 minutes to Excelsior and our wedding venue at Bavarian Downs in Victoria, MN; 30 minutes to Minneapolis. Perfect for our girls trip - loved the house and location. Enough beds so no one had to share and enough bathrooms so we could get ready in a timely manner. Used the bocce in the back yard, the fire pit, the deck. Much laughter. Would absolutely stay again :-)

My family arrived from a few states to attend a wedding in Chaska. We had the best time being in this home together/ plenty of room, fun games, wonderful back yard! We’d love to stay here again and explore the area even more!
