The community bathroom downstairs was filthy and had several stalls out of order all weekend. The building in general was incredibly warm and uncomfortable for sleeping/resting…staff said the a/c was Not in season for use yet…never heard such absurdity. The gym did not open til 8am.

I love the architecture of this place and have stayed here several times. This is the first time our room had some skittles candy and platic wrappers left on the floor. The grout in the tub needs a good scrubbing. We booked for 4 (double queen) and only 3 big towels were in the room. Outside of the room was imaculently clean and maintained. It was the day before xmas eve day and xmas eve day, so perhaps not enough staff was retained for this period of time?
