Everything I needed

Pros: Has a nice pool, is attached to an Outback restaurant, Friendly helpful staff. Close to Mall of America with free shuttle there and airport.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Convenient to Interstate, Mall of America, Outback restaurant
We had to find a hotel unexpectedly when a blizzard disrupted our travel plans. Our plane was very late getting into Minneapolis, but with 24 hour shuttle service, we knew we could get a place to sleep and continue the next day. The shuttle was great, room comfy, breakfast tasty.

Nice hotel close to the mall & airport w/ shuttle!

Hotel staff was super accommodating, the hotel was a little older but they renovated the rooms so it's not terrible. This hotel was great, the only downside was the shower. It was never the same temp it would get boiling hot to freezing cold the whole shower. It's tight quarters throughout the halls but it's older so who cares. Final rate for this hote would be a 4.3/5. The kind bed was so comfy!

Expedia vs. Hotel

When I made reservations with expedia, the salesperson said I would have fly and park. The hotel said expedia should have known better as it had been noted there were no spots. We ended up putting car in airport parking. Defeating the whole purpose of coming to msp the night before.. hotel was dark, gloomy and cob website having from lighting. Never again. Besides I did not get choice points.

Better than expected

It was clean and comfortable, overall slept well, staff nice. The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast, but it was included and pretty much the same as anywhere else that has it included. Very nice pool area!

We got to the hotel thinking we had booked a park and fly thru Expedia but had not!!!!! The hotel had no parking spots left. I'm not sure who to be more mad at Expedia or the hotel!!!

Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Reception should tell every guest about breakfast, if it is available or not and where the area is located. Ask guests to keep voices and music down.
Location: location was good, near Mall of America and other attractions.
Room was clean and beds were very comfortable with good pillows. Bathroom was clean but there was a crack/hole in the shower surround. There was burn marks in the carpet. A little dated. When I booked the room the website said there was a full breakfast included. The 'full breakfast' was a box of day old donuts the first morning and nothing at all the second morning. If there was a different breakfast area I was not told about it upon check-in. I will not be staying at this hotel or chain again. People talking loudly and loud music in the hallway after midnight.

We found dirty socks on the floor! There was a unclean smell and feel about the room. My husband, granddaughter, and I all received light burns from the water in the shower. It would be correct one moment and burning the next! We asked at the desk and was told to contact the third party we had used to book the room! There was a hole in the shower surround also. Mattresses need to be replaced. We usually don't complain but felt people should be warned.
