Bad

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean, clean, clean.
Location: Mall of America is less than a mile away. Train service to downtown and the Twins game is also less than a mile away
Motel smells musty, carpets are dirty in the halls and rooms. Breakfast is located next to the pool so you have a distinct Clorox smell to everything. Area is too small for the number of people using it.

Pros: Location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: They are working on the upgrades
Location: Convenient to Mall of America and easy access to freeway
The hotel is in the process of upgrading - which it needs. But the rooms are clean, breakfast was adequate and it is connected to an Outback Steakhouse. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel, but botched check-in

Pros: Refrigerator and microwave in room, courtyard and inside seating areas, breakfast menu.
Cons: Hotel needs to get on same page with Expedia, and show more concern about the damage to their reputation arising from check-in surprises like ours.
Location: Nice flat area for biking in vicinity; wide bike path on I-494 bridge to reach Richfield neighborhoods. Shuttle available to Mall of America.
We booked at this hotel after previously staying here last year (that time as a last-minute change after our original hotel choice turned out to be a disappointment). We booked a room that included a refrigerator and microwave, but at check-in, we ended up with a room without these. The staff insisted that reservations booked through Expedia only get you a "standard" room--despite the fact that Expedia presents the "standard" and fridge/MW rooms as separately selectable options! They did switch us to a room with fridge and MW, but charged us extra for it (above the rate quoted at booking time)! We are placing the difference in dispute.

Pros: Airport shuttle was on time. Friendly driver
Cons: Breakfast was not good.
Hotel is renovating. Stayed in older part. Air conditioner kept shutting off.

They didn't have my reservations. I wasnt awarethe hotel was under construction. We weren't given any info about the hotel ie continental breakfast, how to find our room

Weekend visit

Pros: It was very convenient to the airport, Mall of America and public transportation. The airport shuttle service was excellent! It was very quiet!
Cons: Breakfast was adequate, but more variety would be nice. Upgrade to furnishings is underway, which will be an improvement.
Location: The free shuttle to Mall of America gives access to public transportation and all the Minneapolis/St. Paul has to offer!
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room was very quiet.
