Dirty Room

This room would not have been bad if it were cleaned. Walked into my room after check in and, smelt like smoke, there was urine around the bottom of the toilet and there was garbage underneath the bed skirt. Stayed here for three nights. Came back to room day 2 at night and the room hadn't been cleaned, called down for maid service and to get the toilet cleaned. Came back to the hotel, the maids had been there but the total still was not cleaned. Comfy beds but dirty hotel.

We came late to be sure room ready. Big line in lobby. Guests told rooms not ready. Interior worn looking Sticky carpet in room needs replacing. Bed nice good sleep except for staff in hallway talking for long time around 12 pm. Staff in lobby always on Walkie talkies when trying to ask where soda machine was or even had one.

Close to Mall of America and Light Rail.

Pros: With in walking distance of shopping and light rail.
Cons: Rooms though clean, were dated and tired!
Location: Mall of America!
I was greeted by friendly staff right from the word go. They were helpful, courteous and polite.

Urine hallway

We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled like urine so strongly. The room was very humid and musty and I didn't feel comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. The bed was fine and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Near airport

Front desk lady rude ignored me when I approached and then walked away, her co worker then helped me. Specifically told them NOT to charge my credit card I would b paying in cash! The next morning I had a bill under my door and the room was charged to my credit card! Room old and needs to be re done, arm chair all ripped and dirty.

Rooms were to far from front desk. We came back from Alaska with four suit cases. Their was a problem checking in and leaving our car at the motel.

Pros: staff- room - shuttle service
It was a one night stay on a quick business stay. Very nice hotel - great sguttle service to and from the airport. I would stay here again.

Pros: staff was very friendly and the room itself was clean
Cons: hotel could use some repairs
While the staff was very friendly and the room itself was clean, the rest of the hotel could use some repairs (torn carpets, odors, etc..)

Reported to night staff that the key pad at one of the rear doors was not working. Staff person was rude. He stated maintenance was checking. Tried the key pad the next morning and it was still not working.

Pros: The Outback attached was very good with very good service!
Cons: CLEAN ROOMS & more accommodating staff
Location: Airport & Mall of America
Our room was dirty so we were moved to another room which was also dirty. Hair in the shower & floors, no kleenex's, & burnt out light bulbs. The clerk laughed at our experience & told us there was nothing he could do. The manager was suppose to call me which never happened.
