This hotel is a metaphor for an abusive relationship
From the outside, things look normal. Pretty lobby, breakfast nook, connected to an Outback Steakhouse. As you look closer, you start to see things differently; the cracks in the bathroom tile, the chunk out of the bathtub corner, the weird paint job, the stains on the walls and curtains... and an eerie feeling sets in.
But the pièce de résistance is the built in alarm system .. (aka screaming, angry man throwing things at the wall in the room next door at 5am.)
So, if you enjoy horror movies and want an immersive experience, this is the hotel for you.
If that's not your jam, steer clear of this one.
