The unit had everything we needed and the location in the city was great. Lots of great food and drink options within walking distance and close to downtown. The host was easy to reach and the instructions provided were helpful. The only two things I would note are the location of the primary bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom faced a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind. The bathroom was attached to the smaller bedroom. We had planned to bring our adult son but he wasn’t able to join. It would have been slightly awkward for us to have to walk through his sleeping area to get to the restroom, especially when we are up much earlier. ##### Kelly G. Beth was super fast in communicating with us when we struggled to figure out the door code (totally our fault haha). I was pleasantly surprised to see all the things that were provided here like access to cleaning supplies, awesome bathroom amenities, some games, and a well stocked coffee bar and kitchen (which we really appreciated!). It was honestly one of the nicest VBROs we've stayed at. The location was also amazing! Close to the city and many AMAZING restaurants (like Holy Land!). Parking was only available on the street and we did have to share access to the laundry in the basement with the downstairs tenants which was fine for us. The only thing I can think of that would make this place even better would be to have a small bench at the landing for taking on/off shoes easier as well as some curtains in the main bedroom to block out the street lights at night but other than that this place was honestly perfect for us! ##### Amanda C. This Minneapolis rental site is near a good grocery and N/S bus line on 2nd St. NE. There was only one review of the property so here's our advice: have ice trays available for an otherwise well-equipped kitchen; turn up the hot water temperature for guest visits; and most important: once payment is claimed, send the site address to customer with access instructions!
