We loved our stay at this house. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was closed. The owner was so nice they had snacks and waters in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!!

If you are heading to Minneapolis, Paisley Park & the Minnesota Arboretum are just minutes away. We had no trouble getting downtown to see the Dean collection @ MIA & St. Mary’s Basilica. Our hosts were easily accessible & quickly helped with our needs/questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay at the spacious lower level of Brad & Lili. Any questions we had were answered promptly before we arrived. Great space for family of 6!

Easy check in and out process. Had our own garage door opener and entrance. Space was great for 4 kids from 12-17, our bedroom was on the other side from theirs. Great little towns around, good food, shopping and etc.

Awesome Stay

This 2 bedroom basement stay was so comfortable for our family of five. We came from PHX for my dad’s funeral and the place was just was we wee hoping for. Thank you for gift bowl of goodie’s. It was very convenient and had our own garage. Next time we are in MN we will look this property up again.

Guys weekend with old High School chums

We're looking for a place in Minnetonka for 4 dudes who were there for 3 football games. This property was enough for each person to have a good place to sleep. There was laundry facilities for guests and the Keurig had plenty of coffee stocked.The hosts were nice and the location was ideal for the event - it was only a few miles from where all the guys grew up.

Exceptional Excelsior Stay

Immaculate, had everything we needed

This is a great property in a nice neighborhood. It was a nice layout for a family, with beds for everyone, living room with foosball, kitchen and dining table for hanging out. Well stocked with pots and pans, shampoo, soap, laundry and dishwasher soap, made it so easy to travel to. Responsive host. It had everything we needed and was close to lakes and stores. Brad and Lili are just one of the amazed hosts I dealt with. Their house is just what we were looking and expecting for. Everything was clean and provided for us and the kids. On the kids room they were 3 beds and their room was a kind of playground for them😅. They wanted to stay there forever. I will highly recommend that place with a great neighborhood to all the multiple families, who have an average budget like us😅 Brad and Lili thanks again for all your kindness, patience and hospitality toward me and my family.

Review

This was a perfect location for us to attend our family reunion. The apartment was very clean and the hosts left us some nice snacks and plenty of coffee for our 3 night stay. Be aware that there are two short flights of inside stairs to navigate with luggage to access the lodging. Check in and out, as well as communication in general was very good. Also be aware that you are living downstairs from a family, thus footsteps and sounds are sometimes heard. Not a deal breaker for us as we primarily were gone most of each day.

Perfect fit!

I was traveling with my mom and 2 younger kids for medical appointments. This was the perfect fit as it was a family friendly neighborhood where my kids could be outside. The basement allowed my mom tonstay with my youngest and she had room to play without being cramped. She loved the toys they had available. The park around the block was a perfect afternoon entertainment. We also enjoyed time at the Minnesota Arboretum nearby. We will stay again when we are back for future appointments.
