First impression wasn’t great as we checked in and were greeted with trash and dirty linens from the prior renter. Kudos to the host for arranging a cleaning while we were at an event and we came back to a cleaner house. Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and good access to area amenities.

Sports trip to the twin cities.
Great location for attending NFL game and NHL game. Half way between both stadiums. Close to rosedale center for shopping. The house had tons of room for our group. Well kept and clean. Great place to stay. Would stay here again next year !

State Fair Visit
The Location & # of Bedrooms/Beds was the primary reason for picking the Property. We thought 💭 that the proximity to the State Fair would be good. However, walking there on the roads with no sidewalks & the Snelling Avenue Bridges were a little dangerous, especially for Seniors. So even though we tried to save a little on the Parking 🅿️ fees, it would have been better to stay at a different safer property & parked in the St. Paul Campus Parking 🅿️ Ramp. Good Exercise, but we clocked over 20,000 steps & are all incredibly sore.

The kitchen was nice with a nice coffee maker and appreciated the laundry soap and laundry facilities. The parking space was nice and love the location so close to Hamline University. The yard could use some work Would definitely stay here again though.

This was a great property to stay in. It is close to everything that we wanted to do. The property was exactly as pictured and owner was very responsive! We loved the board with suggestions of things to do in the area!
